Semi-advanced gemological microscope

This gemological microscope provides high quality enlargement for semi-advanced evaluation of diamonds and precious stones.

It has a binocular head with a stereoscopic display that can be adjusted according to the width of the eye. The field of view is smoothly enlarged from low to high magnification. The focus wheel on the left eyepiece is used for fine fine -tuning.

Several lighting modes are available:

• Dark Field "Darkfield"- to explore most inclusions
• Bright fields - to display inner grain
• Diffusion light - to examine the surface

The microscope allows the basic evaluation of the quality of diamonds and gems, but for more intensive use we recommend an advanced model with an ergonomic base.

Unlike the advanced model, simultaneous operation with the connected camera is not possible. For an alternative view to the monitor, it is necessary to switch between the eyepieces and the camera. The connection of the camera is trouble -free, just as it is easy to switch between the camera or eyepiece display, facilitates the presentation of the gems.

Despite certain restrictions, this microscope represents an affordable variant for basic gemological work in evaluation of quality and exploration of precious stones.
