Yes, Arete Tools provides the service of international sending of goods. After successful completion of the payment it is possible to send an order to any European Union country. Our company places great emphasis on the reliability and efficiency of transport services to ensure that your purchase will arrive in the best condition and in the shortest possible time.
For sending outside the EU, we recommend customers to inform in advance about possible customs fees and import regulations in their country to prevent any unexpected fees or delay. For more information about international sending and estimates of delivery times, do not hesitate to contact our customer support.
The delivery time of your shipment varies depending on the target address. For orders within the Czech Republic & SK delivery usually takes 3 working days. Shipments abroad may require 7-16 days of transport depending on the destination and local delivery conditions.

At Arete Tools, we strive for your maximum satisfaction with our products. However, if you decide that the purchased product does not match your expectations, you have the opportunity to return it within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. However, this right to withdraw from the contract applies only to consumers, ie final customers who do not buy goods for business purposes.

Who can return the goods?
- Consumer: If you are a final customer who is not an entrepreneur, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
- Entrepreneur (Purchase on IČO): If you are shopping at our e-shop, the right to withdraw from the contract is not for you. Relations between entrepreneurs are managed by contractual agreements and in the absence of a warranty contract is applied to the Commercial Code, which allows complaints only hidden defects.
What goods cannot you return?
- Goods purchased longer than 14 days ago.
- Software with roasted packaging and digital content provided without a material carrier, such as e-books.
- Goods modified according to individual customer requirements.
- Damaged goods or goods that, for hygienic reasons, cannot be returned in an intact package.
- Contracts concluded on public auction or contract for the supply of goods with a price dependent on the financial market, where deflections may occur within 14 days.
If you decide to use your right to withdraw from the contract, please contact our customer support for further instructions and information about the return process. We strongly recommend returning the goods in its original condition and packaging to ensure its trouble -free acceptance and processing of your application.
We understand in Arete Tools that personalization can add unique value to your products. If you are interested in personalizing products such as adding your logo, we are ready to meet your needs for large orders where possible.
Conditions for personalization:
- Personalization is possible especially for orders of large quantities, usually over 1000 pieces.
- The service is available for selected product types such as packaging materials and metal diamond boxes, where the logo location is technically feasible.
- Each request for personalization is assessed individually, with regard to the product specifics and the required quantity.
