1. Do you also send goods abroad?
   Yes. As standard, we deliver throughout the EU and, by prior agreement, also outside the EU. Shipments outside the EU may incur customs and tax obligations depending on the destination country.
2. How long does it take to deliver an order?
   The delivery time depends on the destination and the chosen carrier. After shipping, we will send you a confirmation and tracking number of the shipment.
3. What payment methods do you support?
   We support secure online card payments and bank transfer. Available methods may vary by country and currency.
4. Can I return or exchange the product?
   Yes, returns are possible within the statutory period for consumers if the goods are unused and in their original condition. For B2B orders, the conditions are governed by the contract and terms of business.
5. How do I make a claim?
   Contact us by email with your order number, problem description and photos. We will assess the complaint and suggest the next course of action as quickly as possible.
6. Do you offer service, calibration or technical support?
   Yes. For selected gemological devices, we provide service support and advise on calibration and correct use of the device.
