Gemetrix strainview is a system with cross -polarized filters (CPF) and a built -in magnifying glass that can easily be connected to a mobile phone camera for easy observation and capturing pictures of diamonds, including small stones. Clear and even light sources allow observation even in light rooms. This tool is very important for identifying natural diamonds (intense multicolored CPF pattern) and diamonds produced by the HPHT (absence of pattern). It also allows you to distinguish between natural IIA diamonds ("tatami pattern") and diamonds produced by the CVD method (see parallel pattern at the Lab-Grown diamond).
