The Presidium Synthetic Diamond Screener II (SDS II) is a portable, handheld computer device developed by the Presidium research team to test the authenticity of polished diamonds, simulants and synthetic diamonds (HPHT and CVD) by UV absorption measurements. (Presidium SDS does not test diamond imitations).
