Delivery coverage

We deliver throughout the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the EU. Shipping outside the EU can be arranged on request.

Carriers

Depending on destination and shipment type, we use trusted carriers such as Czech Post, DHL, and FedEx. Local same-day options may be available in Prague.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost depends on destination, selected service, and package size/weight. Exact shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery times

• Czech Republic: usually 1-3 business days after dispatch
• Slovakia: usually 2-4 business days
• EU: usually 5-10 business days
• Outside EU: usually 7-16 business days (customs dependent)

Order tracking

After dispatch, you receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.

Customs and import duties

For non-EU shipments, customs duties, VAT, and import fees may apply according to destination-country regulations. These charges are borne by the customer.

Packaging

We pack products carefully to protect them in transit. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report it to the carrier and contact us immediately.
